Thought I would check out Rutherford Falls on Peacock tonight. I had read it’s from people behind The Good Place and it had a Parks & Rec vibe.
Instead, Peacock had other ideas. I tried twice. I almost made it through the pre-show ad.
Almost.
To be fair, I did get what I paid for.
Nothing.
Ted Lasso was delightful and funny. The earnest and honest comedy reminds me of something I can’t out my finger on.
And Coach Beard reminds me of… Someone else. That also alludes me.
Is there anything else on Apple TV+ that’s worth our time?
